- The front facade includes custom, hand crafted walnut windows with a marine-grade stain finish and true divided mullions. All other windows are by Hurd with an aluminum-clad exterior and custom painted wood interior. Each window has energy saving "Low-E" insulated glass. Screens and white interior hardware will be provided for all operable windows. Window treatments are not included.
- All doors to outdoor areas are by Hurd with a low maintenance, aluminum-clad exterior, a painted wood interior, Low-E insulated glass, three-point locking hardware, and adjustable hinges.
- Each roof has a torch down modified bitumen rubber roof with copper counter flashing.
- Rainwater will be managed by heavy gauge, copper scuppers and downspouts coupled with an under-slab foundation drainage system designed to discharge to an overhead sewer system via sump and ejector pits with heavy duty submersible pumps, augmented with a separate battery powered backup pump and a high water alarm sensor integrated with alarm monitoring system.
- The home is insulated in all exterior and interior walls and ceilings with foam-spray insulation.
